STEP 2:
Target & License Communities You WANT to Manage
We’ve built more than 375,000 Community Pages on HOA.com to help homeowners find the Pros that service the homes in the neighborhood.
You as the Community Management Company, want to get in front of the HOA Board and have conversations about future management services.
35% of communities available are self-managed or do not even have an HOA. To maintain the upmost professionalism and reduce conflict, if you select a neighborhood that already has a management company, we’ll offer the existing company a 30 day right to claim or refusal allowing you to digital license the community on HOA.com.

Vendor activation: We call it formalizing your Trusted Team.
Some of these vendors just do community work, but others are inside the neighborhood homes having conversations with the homeowners.

Through customized direct mail to the HOA Board members in your newly Licensed Communities, we’ll work together to create a survey supported with a digital Amazon.com Gift Card Incentive for increased responses from HOA Board members.
All data and responses are yours to keep and can be imported into your CRM (or ours with a dedicated Pipeline to manage communications).
